+ 12 - 2 | § ¶jPodder 1.1 Get's Real

Well, all the hard work starts to pay off. Here is a screenshot of the totally revamped UI for jPodder 1.1. The shot is taken from a windows 2000 Machine, BUT jPodder 1.1 is also running on Linux. (Ubuntu AMD64). So no major hurdles to release 1.1 some time soon. I am sure you won't accept any bug, which "Used to work" in 1.0, so I am taking my time to fix all this stuff.

What you see on the screenshot is slightly different from 1.1. First the fileview is now a tree structure, where you can see the title of a podcast. You can also see an Icon for which program is associated with the file extension. (In this case iTunes). Also to update you on how far I am: The file view is not entirely done yet. I will include a browser to see the podcast description rendered in html. Also the Directory view is not done yet so that still requires some work. Finally, the ID3 viewing/editing needs to be done. Besides these few things, I am actually extremely excited about the performance, responsiveness etc of the "new" jPodder.
