+ 18 - 6 | § jPodder 0.9.1 release

A lot of hard labour to stomp out the latest jPodder, in the wake of the iTunes hype in podcasting land. Will there be a place for independent open source podcasting tools. We certainly like to think so, and we do care to build what listeners and podcasters need. Why it's simply for the fun of programming and the love for podcasting. (My latest favourite show is podF1).

So here is a screenshot of jPodder with a little helper for creating translations. You can see that jPodder itself has been translated in dutch and this language is applied here. We now can apply a language an restart jPodder for immidiate usage.

What else is new, well besides that we have restructured the whole code. (Ppfffhh , glad that's over!) , we also added One-Click subscription. (Registers application/xml+rss on Windows OS). We also decided to hide the concept of "marking", praised by the advanced users for full donwload control, it's been putting off newbies and that's not what we want.

jPodder 0.9.1 will be release sometime in end of July (Subject to quality acceptance ;-)

Cheers, jPodder team: Christophe, Andreas, Paul and others.
